NVCARIA provides software for eBay sellers to connect accounts they own and operate their workflows. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can control your information.
Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide, such as your display name, username, email address, organization, authentication details, billing status, and support messages. When you connect eBay, we receive OAuth tokens and the account data needed to provide the Accountant Management product, such as seller finance, payout, fee, transaction, and order earnings data permitted by the scopes you approve.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, maintain subscriptions, provide connected account features, calculate seller finance metrics, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies And Local Storage
We use necessary cookies to authenticate you, keep sessions secure, remember your sign-in preference, and protect Google and eBay authorization flows. If you choose “Remember me,” your sign-in identifier and session remain available for longer on that device. The cookie notice stores your acknowledgement for up to one year so it is not shown on every visit. We also use browser local storage to remember dashboard display preferences and session storage to remember dismissed notices. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Connected Account Access
NVCARIA uses eBay OAuth so you can authorize access without sharing your eBay password with us. Tokens are encrypted at rest. You can revoke NVCARIA from your eBay account settings, and you can contact us to disconnect or delete stored connected-account data.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate NVCARIA, such as hosting, database, payment, email, and security providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer.
Retention And Security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and billing obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted token storage for connected accounts.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, tax, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
