Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NVCARIA is operated by Manage Development Systems Corp., an S-corporation registered in Florida, United States (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person or business holding an account.

2. The service

NVCARIA provides software for eBay sellers and YouTube creators. Accountant Management gives eBay sellers finance tooling — imported transactions, fees, payouts, and calculators for profit, ROI, margin and pricing. YouTube Operations provides tooling for managing a channel. Each product is sold separately and unlocks only its own workspace.

3. NVCARIA is not financial, accounting or tax advice

This matters most, so it appears early. Figures shown in NVCARIA — profit, ROI, margin, break-even, suggested prices, fee estimates and imported totals — are informational tools, not professional advice. Fee rates vary by category, store subscription and marketplace, and any estimate may differ from what eBay actually charges. You are responsible for your own bookkeeping, tax filings and pricing decisions, and should consult a qualified accountant or tax professional. Do not rely on NVCARIA as your system of record.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require you to verify your email address before the account is fully usable.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Accountant Management is $10 per month and YouTube Operations is $20 per month. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. We never see or store your full card details.

You may cancel at any time from the console or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund partial periods. If a payment fails we may suspend workspace access until billing recovers. If we change a price we will tell you before it applies to a renewal, and you may cancel instead.

6. Connected accounts

NVCARIA connects to accounts you already own — currently eBay, and Google for sign-in. You authorise these connections yourself through the provider’s own consent screen, and you choose which permissions to grant. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.

You can revoke NVCARIA from the provider at any time; doing so will stop the features that depend on it. Signing out of NVCARIA also removes the stored eBay tokens, and reconnecting requires a fresh consent. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you connect, including eBay’s policies on contacting buyers.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use NVCARIA to send unsolicited, misleading or harassing messages to anyone; breach the terms or policies of a connected platform; access data belonging to accounts you do not own or control; attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or entitlement checks; resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement; or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Where NVCARIA sends messages on your behalf, the content is yours. You are responsible for what your templates say and for keeping them within the connected platform’s rules.

8. Your data

You keep ownership of your data and of the account data we import on your instruction. You grant us the permission needed to host, process and display it in order to run the service. Where we process data about your customers — for example an eBay buyer’s username on an order — we do so on your behalf and on your instruction. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and development status

NVCARIA is under active development. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn, and the service is provided without any uptime commitment. We depend on third-party services — eBay, Google, Stripe, hosting and email providers — and interruptions or changes to those services may affect NVCARIA. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running and to give notice of significant changes.

10. No affiliation with eBay, Google or YouTube

NVCARIA is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc., Google LLC or YouTube. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using NVCARIA and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or where required by law or by a connected platform. Where it is reasonable to do so we will give notice first. On termination your right to use the service ends; we will delete or return your data on request, subject to any records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVCARIA is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any figure it produces is accurate or complete.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised such losses were possible. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in the console before they take effect. Continuing to use NVCARIA after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue.
